I dont know if anyone has noticed this, or if this just happens to my XFire, but when I put it in reverse for example, and then I shift to drive (its an automatic), I step on the gas for about two seconds and the car doesnt go anywhere and then it jolts forward and accelerates. Does anybody know what this lag between gears is? It also happens when Im travelling 30 for example, and I have to slow down, so I slow down to about 15, then step on the gas and there is a lag for about two seconds, and then the car jolts a little and begins to accelerate. Is this what they call the throttle response? Any help please? Thanks!
