Question Re: Mandrus Milleniums

Wondering if either people above with the 18/19 Mandrus Millenium set-ups can help me.

I have an '04 Alabaster coupe, completely stock, 25k miles. I just got these rims in yesterday from Direct Discount Tire, hypersilver finish. I ordered their lug nut kit. Fronts are 18x8.5 32mm offset, Rears are 19x9.5 35mm offset. I'm going to be running Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 stock size front and rear (already arrived from TireRack).

My questions are as follows:
-Can I just have the TPMS switched over from the stock rims, or is it likely my batteries are on their last leg and they should be replaced? How long is everyone's lasting? I'm planning on having the rims installed on Friday, and don't want to delay in order to await delivery of new batteries if I don't need to.

-I've read another thread where the member said the tire shop had problems swapping the TPMS onto the Mandrus Millenium wheels, and had to use some sort of "band" to hold the TPMS onto the wheel. Did either of you have issues with this, or did the stock TPMS system switch with no problems?

-Do I need to have the wheel studs replaced, it seems a couple of people now have said the stock ones were too long for these wheels? Or will they work, but the lug nuts will stick out more than is pleasing to the eye?

Thanks for the help. Just want to make sure I get this right the first time.
