Default Re: Mandrus Milleniums

InjuredOften,

Mandrus wheels should be available in 25 ET. If you got the rears with 35 ET you are going to need hub centric spacers (probably 10 - 15 MM) or you will probably rub on the inside upper wheel well at full suspension jounce. I would probably go with 15 MM spacers and it will put your wheels further out by about 2 MMs. Although a 10 MM spacer will get you to where the 25 MM ET Mandrus wheels would have put you without any spacers. The stock offset on our cars are 35 ET front and 22 ET in the rear.

Also I don't believe your stock lug bolts will work either way. Most aftermarket wheels use a ball shaped head and our stock wheels lug bolts have a cone shaped head. Another thing to watch out for is the rear lug bolts must not stick into the hub assembly any further than the stock bolts or you will damage the parking brakes (inside the rear rotor).

The best way to determine how long of a bolt you need is to take your wheel off and stick the stock bolt through the hole in the wheel and measure how much protrudes out past the mounting surface of the wheel. This is the distance your new lug bolts must protrude through both the wheel and whatever spacer you use.

Your installer may not be aware of the clearance issue with the parking brakes so you may want to relay this to them. If it is a good size installer they will probably have lug bolts available there.

I hope this helps and good luck.

Stay safe...

Respectfully,
