Default Tvt Design Custom Exhaust For Sale
Hello everybody. Well I wanted a performance exhaust for the SRT 6 and my tuner/mechanic had been working on a prototype that was finished and ready for production. So I bought the prototype and had it installed, the sound was great, it felt like there was improved acceleration as I was coming off the line faster and getting to speed faster. Finally all the pressure I was pumping in the front had a place to go out the back, It was a good set up. The problem developed when I took my car home. I live in a retirement village, and I leave for work at 4:45 am, well I would start up my car and dogs would howl and bedroom lights would go on. By the third day, I got a note from the managment office to call them, Yep, the exhaust. I went back to TVT and had the second set of CATs installed, that didn't hurt performance but it also didn't quiet down the sound. So last week I went back to Tony and his crew and had the stock system reinstalled with the second set of CATs removed. The cool sound is gone, and so is the performance increase but I am not waking anyone up in the morning and all is well with my condo association.
So now I have this custom exhaust for sale. I watched allot of this being built so I can attest for the quality work. It's all 2.5" stainless steel, has an "H" in the tubing, a Magnaflow muffler with an X pipe inside, and two Magnaflow tips. With the cost of the exhaust, installations, and mods, I have over 1400.00 invested. The exhaust is for sale for 750.00. It is over 7 feet long so I will not ship it. It can be picked up at the TVT Design Service Center in Dunellen, NJ, or you could make a deal with Anthony at TVT to have it installed. My loss your gain.
