1. How did you guys install the aftermarket sleeve? The entire radio hole is plastic so I can't bend down the tabs. Do I need to screw it down or something. Right now the radio and sleeve are just kinda sitting there. I need to do something soon to make it just a little harder to steal 
Honestly, I crimped all the tabs as best I could and it more or less stays pretty well (no vibration or movement of any kind). I have to say I haven't worried too much about theft - where I live it's pretty low-crime, and between the gates, security systems...
And never mind at work... It could happen but in a way I'd rather they just slide it out than tear the dash apart....
