Your own elbow grease is about it. There is a coin carwash just a couple of miles from the hotel. I usually go there after I arrive to knock the road grime off. Maybe we could all hit it after dinner Friday (before the meet/greet). For those arriving earlier, I'm sure the hotel can give you directions to it.
