If Jim (amx1397) doesn't mind me being presumptuous. To be more specific, I think he was referring to high end "American" 2-seaters. I.E.
Cadillac Allante 7 year production was 21k.
Buick Reatta, total production 21,751.
Ford New T-Bird was 67,518 (even though they said they weren't planning on building more than 55k originally.
Viper's 16 year production was only 25,000.
Ford GT, a miniscule 4038.
With the Crossfire's production ending at around 76k, the Crossfire did better than any of them. Of course "give away" pricing helped.
It still "looks" like a million.
