As the father of the super cooler, it will not lower the temp of the engine, you need the 180 stat I designed and posted to do that -----------------bUt that will not lower the temp unless your moving to cause air thru the core.
The computer will maintain the same stock temp if you have NO stat. They control the fan to get the temp. You need a lo stat and you need to have forward motion to get below the 1/2 scale. They use the stat for fast heat up and the fans to modulate and control the engine temp. In the summer the fans will only come on to cool the motor down to - not below the factory settings.
I have a picture of my testing a year ago if I can find it and by the way you should gaze at my gallery as most of my projects are there with the exception of the fuel controller, belt kit Rob is starting production on, and my super manifold changes. The super manifold will be installed after Carlisle due to racing and time constraints.
