judge has not thrown any out that I've heard, it's all because of what's stated above budgets getting tighter, so they screw people over. all they care about is the $100-$200 fine money.
My wife got a ticket doing 71 in a 70 in 2008 Jeep Commander. The judge looked at the ticket and looked at the office and asked him why did he waste his ink. Then he told my wife to have a nice day.
