This was one of the biggest hold ups in bringing the crossfire to the US. There was some discussion of whether it was an import or domestic as nothing is built in the US but it is labeled as US. In the end it was labeled domestic, and did not have to go through customs as normal imports do. This is why there is no Importer of Record or Customs Inspection.
