Im going to have some stuff done under warranty in about a week, and 2 out of the 3 problems are on the tsb list, however they are obvious problems not me trying to get something fixed just because I saw it on a list, which the chrysler memo states as the reason for the deductible. Im currently a college student and while I have a full time summer job that provides me with good cash flow a $100 isn't exactly something Id like to pay considering they should be fixing it if its under warranty because its their JOB. It sounds to me like just one of the many prongs of Chryslers horrible customer care.
