Default Infinity IMS
I just got a new toy for the crossfire!!

Infinity has just released their IMS oem interface ...very cool.

What it will do....

I can talke the outputs from a factory amplifier and sum them together to allow you to add outboard amps to the factory system.

It has bluetooth handsfree control for phones, mp3 players...supports my blackberry voice command feature...nice!!

It has an input that can be connected to a portable navi that overides when navi prompts for turn

Two mini jack inputs, one set of rca inputs (high/low sensitivity switchable, front panel mini input on the front panel of the controller.

you can name the inputs and even hid the unused ones

phone overides input when receiving phone call automatically

has a seperate volume control so you could use it without a head unit...or use it as an input switcher as I am doing with the factory nav headunit.

it has a "charging only" usb port charge the phone ...cool.

has a front/rear/and sub output to go to aftermarket amplifiers

it has an ims network connection that uses cat5e cable to connect directly to the infinity reference and new kappa amplifiers...no need for rca cables or remote turn on if you do.
