valve-body upgrades are BETTER for your transmission because the faster the shift, the less friction is created, as opposed to slowly grinding through gears.
pulley upgrades are fine if that suits you. please refrain from calling me foolish when the parts i have ARE proven power makers, and valve-body upgrades do cut QM times and decrease wear on the transmission.

I'll tell you what, if you can beat anybody with just a pulley (any), intake, and tune I 'll take back that "foolish" bit and eat crow (track or street). I know I know, its your car blah blah blah, but show me the money.
