I used the sealant once...and only once because it's $140 to replace it and I'm not spending that kind of dough. Anyhow, didn't affect the tpms at all and when the new tire is reinflated it clears out the valve but you will find that you may have to clean off the inside of the rim because not all of that stuff dries although I only had it in there for 3 hours because I was able to get a tire right away.
