I get the same thing. Sounds to me like lifters. I'm not too worried about it. The cars are designed to run on a very thin synthetic oil. When oil is cold, it is much thicker. Once the motor has reached normal operating temp, the oil will thin out.

If it gets any louder, take it in and get it checked out.
