Scratch that...I should look before asking... =) I found it.
Spent some time fixing various things on my car this weekend, one being the noise from the blower. Needless to say, there were leaf stems and small debris in the blower. Dropped the assembly, gave the entire motor a good cleaning...no more noise.
Was a surprisingly easy job!
