i think you meant larger crank pulley and SMALLER s/c pulley. a larger s/c pulley would make less boost. the code3 s/c is smaller than stock..
there is a person or two that has a 178 or a 181 and then machined down down their s/c pulley to the proper size to have the same boost as the 185 setup, which is safe. it is beyond that that is unknown i think
