I scrub em before I paint them, and I scrub them every time I wash the car. I use my Stoners tire detailer when they need a bit of sprucing up. I really like the look of the Rustoleum gloss black in the wheel well, that's my personal taste. And yes I too hit all those suspension parts as well.
