I purchased the kit on Amazon. They also have it at Advance Auto Parts.

My headlights looked horrible before hand (worse than HowardJ's) and the final results were amazing. They look brand new now.

Make sure you get some painters tape and put a couple layers of tape around the perimeter of the lamps. You don't want to scuff the paint.
