I got my kit at Autozone for $23 and some change.
It was over by the paint, there was a whole rack with 3M everything.
It only took me about 25 minutes per light; As you can see, It could/should have been longer.
I just used some scotch tape laying around - worried, but did it in the garage instead of the sun. No gooey or anything left, worked perfect.

But this stuff is A++ if you have foggy headlights
