Anyone had to replace their shift lever boot ? Where can I get one ? I've checked here and Ebay....but nothing

I've got a 1/2 slit in mine but I can't seem to find an OEM replacement. Surely someone's had to replace it before....

Looking in all the wrong places....I guess.
