Re: Puncture repair experiance
this is the week for punctures!!! or some kind of tire disasters. tire sensor went on on the 405 (los angeles) in rush hour, and the steering was very hard to handle (you know, wimpy chick is driving). All alone on the side of the road, cost 85 to get a tow from chrylser because road hazard damage not covered. michelin dealer in beverly hills where i work refused to look at the tire for defects. i was traveling at 30 mph when the sensor went off, anyone who lives in l.a. knows the traffic is so slow at that time, the chrylser dealer and the michelin dealer asked me how fast i was going, i must have been speeding to get the damage. i am so frustrated with the service response i have received so far. i suppose i can contact the ntsb to look at my tire. i thought road hazards were covered on zero pressure tires.
I STILL LOVE MY CAR!!! I CAN LIVE WITH THE SINGULAR CUP HOLDER, SMALL STORAGE SPACE IN TRUNK (GOLF CLUBS FIT) CRAZY DOOR LOCK PROBLEMS, CUZ I SMOKED THE Z GUY WHO LIVES NEXT DOOR (another story).
i am just ranting because the service is not meeting the sale.
