too bad you didn't explain this way in the first place, but the device does exactly what you said it does, and if you want to spend the bucks to take out the lag for casual driving, then spend the $300 on the sprint booster or a tune. The tune is the better bang for the buck, but sprint booster makes a great change to everyday driving. Had I known the tune could have done the same thing, I would have gone that way. It's just information, and an opinion, not personal as it was made the first time. The lag sucked big time...and I really didn't want to cram it to the floor everytime I wanted to get away from it. So tune, or sprint booster are your choices, both cost $$$...from the tuners, its better not to have the sprint booster in line, but they can work around it. Just my .02...
