Hey buddy ditto on the selling it to a friend thing. But I am pretty sure that you have to sell it for fair market value. The lawyers are not that dumb. If you want I will buy it from you, and if you ever are in a position to buy it back for the same price I am buying it for then you can, if not then thats OK too.
