I purchased a set and didn't really care for the way they attached. (Tape & Screws)

So I adhered mine to the rear bumper with some stronger-than-sh*t panel adhesive.

I filled in the holes, smoothed the surface out - made them seamless at the bumper - then painted and clear coated.
