you never get to old to go exploring....a few yrs back while boating on Norris Lake near Knoxville Tn, the "guys' needed to relieve ourselves, and the usual back of the boat wasn't available because we had youngsters along, so we floated over to the shoreline, and up the side of the mtn we went. about 40' up, there was a tunnel...it was an abandoned RR tunnel dating back to the civil war...we walked about a 1/2 mi thru it, and there on the other end was a trail, and history marker, it seems we had stumbled onto a nat'l park...but it was a cool thing anyway...
