I bought the maxcare back in march, and I regret it because:
-chrysler dealership by me closed
-new place is 45min. away.
-New place has threatened to void my warranty due to mods.

I would go with a 3rd party, shop around, read reviews, etc. I got screwed by this whole chrysler fall out, thus my opinion. But if you have not been impacted by all of this, then I would say the maxcare is the cheapest and most safe/comprehensive plan.
