The low end power increase is remarkable. After that, when the $ is available, do an ECU tune. My 2 cents.
I had the opportunity to go "heads up" with the C3 pulley and intake - on the very same "test" Dyno they used to claim their numbers and on the road...

Just cuz you spend more $$.... - doesn't mean you get more performance....
