in your case 63.2 inhg * .4912= 31.04384 psi but then you must minus your atmospheric pressure which at see level is 14.7 (this number will change with elevation and weather conditions). so 31.04384 minus 14.7 and you get 16.34psi.

To get your exact psi you need to know your actual atmospheric pressure at the time of the datalog which will not always be 14.7 thats just the standard. When you hear drag racers talk about DA they are talking about the corrected altitude or Density Altitude. which has a pretty big effect on how dense your air charge is.
