214 KPA - 100 (atmospheric pressure) = 114 KPA = 1,14 BAR.
1,14 BAR is common value here in Germany. Then search for a BAR-PSI converter on the internet. 1,14 Bar = 16,53 PSi.

1 Bar = 14.50377 PSI
