It depends. I'd go with the dual intake as well, the options for intakes are limited and provide similar results, where as with pulley it all depends on how much power you want. If you go with a code3, and decide you want more power you have to buy a whole other kit (178, 185, 181, C3 midsize, etc.)
However if you know you want a code3 and that's all you ever want, then go with that now, it will give you more noticeable gains.

I wouldn't go with the intake with the filters inside the engine bay, the gains will be minimal. you're just going to be sucking in hot air. (Needswings, svo, 240, and I think TVT have the best solutions, although most of those are single intakes)
