I did a Spectre single CAI, then got a Code# pulley... ran for a bit then installed Belt wrap along with Dual Spectre CAI. The Spectre is nice because you can change configurations upon whim, and you can piece it together as funds permit. Not sure how comparable to Needswing or SVO or others but works for me and sounds great, for % of cost.
