screw them. DOnt waste time on undoing them, that is their job and they are fully capable of doing that. THey dont deserve your consideration........
Use this as a new start and chance to kill off your old ways, use your wisdom to formulate a better approach.
Remember age and wisdom will overcome youth and vigor all the time. Check out airconditioning, all the guys that are doing things are old like me, cause the newbees have not gotten the experience and wanna get it done so they can text message their BFF about the meetup they gonna have after they leave work ( 7 minutes early ).
What does not kill you, will make you stronger and possibly more creative. Woody
