I also am interested in the 74mm tb conversion. I got the MB# 1131410025 Bosch# 0205003048 tb by accident. The casting is very different. Our original wiring uses a squarish connector and the 025 uses a round connector.




To change over the electronics you would have to reshape or modify the casting to accommodate the connector. Also the top of the casting has a double vacuum line.


All may not be lost though this tb still might be able to be used. Upon examination I noticed that in each connector there are 6 pins.



It occurred to me that if the pinout is the same a wiring harness adapter would be much easier. A plug or adapter of sorts might also be fabricated for the vacuum lines. When I realized these differences I stopped. There may be something I missed.
