yeah, that's the kind of justice we really need here again. I'm serious. The courts have got this so out of whack, no pun intended, that this is part of our problem here today. The Framers would never have dreamed that their idea of having a court hearing would have been bastardized to this level.

reminds me of the case in MO quite awhile ago, where the town bully had been terrorizing the town for years, as well as his family that partook in that activity. one day, he was sitting at about the only redlight in town at lunchtime, and someone walked up to his truck and killed him on the spot. The police and FBI were all over that town, yet for an odd reason there were no witnesses at all-everybody said they hadn't seen or heard anything. Not one of them had been facing in that direction. To this day not one person in that wonderful little MO town has talked about the events of that day.
