No that can't be buffed out, its through the clear coat. Thats a deep scratch. You have to trust me on this. If you try and use the PC you will end up burning through the clear coat around the scratch. I have done it.
Turn it in under your hit and run coverage on your insurance. Sorry. The PC is a wonderful machine but you will be frustrated trying to get that out.
