I was installing the rotex golds last night as I put on my new wheels and when I pulled the stock pad on the drivers side the piston side of the pad just fell apart. See pics below.... Another benefit of putting on the Rotex Golds...

I am just glad this did not slip out while braking as I may have been into another car!!

Looks fine just sitting but voila it was not even holding together...
