here's the update, in my album you can see the pic's. I used the original amplifier, for now, it was so easy only 5 min work. I just had to plug in the DIN (Deutsche Industrie Norm) plugs and all worked fine. The sound quality is MUCH better even the subs are very good. This makes me conclude that the radio is 'the weakest link" but to be fair the Pioneer DEH-P8400MP is not a basic radio. Have to taste some more, to bad I can't let you all hear it :P
