Harry hang in there but I agree totally. DCUK Dealers are terrible. I will be writing letters to DCUK and my Franchise dealer Dick Lovatt in Swindon.

It has been one **** up after another, the final straw for me was that I took a PT cruiser 6 months ago on a 12 month PCP but on the understanding that when I got my Crossfire I would hand it back. I hated the bloddy thing but it was easy and at the time a pretty good monthly payment. When I handed it back, they shafted me for ��1200. Nothing I could do because it was all done on a 'Gentlemens agreement'.

End result , I will not ever buy another Chrysler , despite the tasty proposition of the Convertable, I'll but an SLK instead and I certainly won't be going near any Dick Lovatt dealers.
