We could machine down a customer's pulley, be it C3 or stock to any dimension the pulley will allow. The cost for this is 375.00. This is not something we are looking to take on full time as we are busy as it is with customer's cars. If you are interested in this just shoot me an email letting me know what dimension you want the pulley. We can do overnight both ways and it will be about a 4 day turn around. Also a great time to send out the ECU to get tuned.

As for the belt slip, the pulley is grooved for a slightly better grip over stock. I'll chalk that up to the machine shop building 1000's of engines and knowing what works and what doesn't. So far no slip, but we offer a belt wrap kit as well.

I'm not really sure how much faster we want to spin these SCs. I think the 69mm/178mm is about the safest limit for power and reliability. An extra pound of boost isn't worth a potential SC failure.

I am a huge believer in the 178 over the 181 or 185 for decreased accessory wear, quicker throttle response and a good deal of weight savings with the new LET design. I think we are going to see the fastest cars with a 178mm/SC pulley combo.
