We use both a Dynojet and Dynapack for our dyno testing. We have seen on average a 10-12% lower number on the Dynapack with the same car. My own crossfire dynoed 153 RWHP on the dynapack and 176 RWHP on the Dynojet, same day.
The owner is a very experienced drag racer with a previous car being a blown 9 sec Mustang.
As for the porting, the machine shop we use is going as large as possible that still maintains proper velocity. We have a bunch of spare SC and manifold housings to practice different sizes and runner shapes, so the effort will be worth it.
Unfortunately, we are reaching the very limits of this engine. After the breathing mods I only expect about 25-30 HP at most. THe graph (which I will get up soon) doesn't really signify that it is running out of air. If anything, at this point a real intercooler would make the most difference.
