First, only buy them from a dealer because they are laser-cut based on VIN. Secondly, expect to spend $130-140 for the key, but avoid the "programming charge" by following the instructions on this forum -- it's about a 2 minute job. I had to buy a key for my SRT6 (it only came with one) and my son had to buy one for his 2007 because he "lost" one.
