Take photos of the damage/marks on his car and take pictures one at a time going back wards (or zoom out taking pics) or a movie of the damage on his car and zoom out, include the plate in the pics. Do this before he gets smart enough to clean up the marks.
Get the law to talk to him, maybe he will get the message, there again maybe not.
