Re: ICE Clear Wax
I use a Carnauba based wax (Mother's, I think) for the XFs. However, my daughter has a 2003 Audi A4, black on black. Even though it is in real good shape, there are little scratches and nicks. We used wax the first couple times, and it dries white in the scratches and looked crappy. So, we used Turtlewax Liquid Claybar to clean off everything and then tried the Liquid Ice. The A4 now has a nice glossy look and there is no white residue. I agree that the wax may not last as long, but the results on a black car are spectacular. Besides, she has the time to wash/wax it 2x per week in the summer. Now if I can only get my son to take 1/4 as much time to take care of his XF!
