Once I raced a E55 AMG (SC) side by side on the autobahn. I believe his car was stock. He couldn't believe how fast this little black SLK32 was. I gave him about one or two car lengths up to 160 MPH. Then we drove again side by side and looked into each others face. His surprised face was priceless
. But he was friendly and gave me thumbs up. But I know that properly tuned, these E55 AMG are real beasts. Also at higher speeds.
Today I took a ride in a Porsche 996 Turbo (Stock) from a friend of mine. I am very impressed by his car!! Damn, this car goes under full boost !!! Maybe I can do a little friendly race with him on the Autobahn on video...This would be interesting if I could catch up with him to 170-180 MPH? Dont know if he is faster, I think this would be close. These Porsche Turbos are fast...
I can also keep my eyes open if I see a Ferrari, but you don't meet one on the Autobahn too often. I would also love to do a little comparison...
