I do believe I'd be looking at my neighbors bumpers and have a digital camera handy when you do, chances are there will be signs of damage, it MAY help you...

I live in townhouses, but fortunately they had brains enough to give everyone separate parking pads and or if you choose a garage... I can barely take mine to the tire store without sitting there in worry that some idiot is going to pull up with Lincoln size doors and not give a hoot what they hit getting out of it!!!

People are very inconsiderate. Hope you get her fixed!! I know it made you sick...
