Put Nitto Invos front and rear stock SRT6 rims. Kept the front size stock but went to a 285/30/19 on the rear. This "upsize" has kept the speedo/odo nearly the same as stock (less than 1 MPH difference at 60MPH)

Just don't follow the recommended 36 PSI, go 39-40PSI all around.
