Another for the list, which I just thought off while out driving. People who are turning left on a 3 or 5 lane road, and instead of pulling all the way to the lane they want to drive in, they pull into the middle turning lane, stop or drive slowly, and then want to get over one more. If it's extremely heavy traffic and it's going to be impossible to get across all of the lanes then that's one thing, but when it's only moderate and they are just too impatient to actually wait for a gap, can't stand it.
