Can someone post a dyno graph instead of the low resolution grainy photo of a monitor in the other thread? I seen some nice clear dyno graphs posted by eurocharged elsewhere on the site of other cars.
He did run a 13.3 but I could not find any time slip or trap speed posted anywhere.
Until it runs a 10 second run, I would call that misrepresenting the car.

If I had a Veyron....and ran a 13, then said the car has the potential to run a 10. Am I misrepresenting the car? Not at all. Misrepresentation need not apply.
