After about three hours away from the dealership for the popping out of gear 6-speed manual transmission, my Coupe has already popped out of gear 3 times and getting into reverse and first has become harder than ever. I do not think that doing anything else to the car will fix my problem--the transmission was better off not getting "fixed" as it never popped out of gear as much as it did. Now I am thinking of calling this car a lemon, but I don't know if I can. Has anyone had my experiences? Does anyone know about NYS Lemon Laws?
